You have four options for ordering - online, by phone, by mail or by fax.

ONLINE

The online shopping cart is easy for you to use. As you browse through the listings of products, you can select the items you want by simply clicking on the 'add to cart' button. This will place the items into your Shopping Cart. You then have the option to either continue shopping or proceed to the Checkout. With a click of the mouse, you can add or remove products as you go.

When you have completed your selections, click the 'proceed to checkout' button and follow the steps, which will request your postage and payment details:

Credit Cards are processed through our secure online Payment Gateway. Please include your credit card details at the checkout (secure page). Cards currently accepted are:

PayPal can be used for credit card processing or those who already have an account can simply transfer funds.

Direct Deposit is also an online option, although orders cannot be posted until the payment has been deposited. Direct Deposits can be made online for those who have set up online banking or by going into your bank and making a deposit into our account using the bank details which are supplied when this option is chosen.

All prices are in Australian dollars.

International customers - The item price is the same for International or Australian orders.There is a flat rate postage fee of A$15 for international orders.Orders are posted via Airmail(standard delivery time is 3-10 days). We have also provided a Currency Converter both here and on the Checkout Page for your convenience.

www.blessedearth.com.au is a secure website, using SSL (Secure Socket Layer) encryption technology, which ensures that none of the information on your order can be read while it is in transit. All credit cards are processed in real time through , a secure Australian Payment Gateway. Blessed Earth treats your online security and privacy seriously (scroll down to see our Privacy Policy). However, if you still have doubts, you can always use the Direct Deposit or Paypal options at the checkout. This enables you to still make purchases without entering your credit card details.

Deliveries

Orders are generally processed and shipped within 48 hours (excluding weekends and public holidays). For orders within Australia, a standard postage fee of $5.00 applies. For international orders a standard postage fee of AU$15.00 applies. Deliveries will be arranged through Australia Post. International orders are posted via Airmail (standard delivery is 3-10 days).

Back Orders

Our local production system should ensure that we have stock on hand at all times to meet your orders. However, in the event of a stock shortage, we will notify you as promptly as possible.

Payment Methods

You can pay online by Credit/Debit Card, PayPal or by Direct Deposit into our account (Details will be supplied upon confirmation of order). If you wish to pay via Cheque or Money Order please print out the online order form, fill it in and post it along with your payment.All orders are processed in Australian dollars.

Customer Reward/Gift Vouchers

Blessed Earth now has a customer reward system for orders placed over $100. This means that a gift voucher for 10% of every $100 spent (excluding postage & sale items) will be issued.For example, if an order is placed for $100 or more (excluding postage & sale items), a gift voucher for $10 will be issued. If the order is for $500 or more (excluding postage & sale items), a $50 gift voucher will be issued, and so on… 

The gift voucher amount can be redeemed by quoting the voucher number next time you place an order. This can be on our website, via mail-order, or over the telephone. Please keep your voucher number for future reference. However, if you happen to lose it, we do have a record on hand.

 

Gift vouchers are valid for 1 year and each gift voucher can only be used once. They are transferable, so that if you would like someone else to get the benefit of it, invite them to quote the number when ordering.

 

If you wish to use the gift voucher online, please just proceed to the checkout as usual, and enter the voucher number in the gift voucher section when it appears. Your gift voucher amount will be automatically deducted from your total before the payment is processed.

 

Organic Gardener $20 Gift Vouchers

 

The website does not recognise the Organic Gardener gift vouchers, so please enter your gift voucher number in the 'comments' section. You can then either pay via direct deposit, less the $20 or we will refund your credit/debit card or Paypal account.

Privacy Policy

At Blessed Earth, we take the confidentiality of your personal information very seriously. Any information you provide will be held with the utmost care and security.Blessed Earth does not keep credit card numbers on file and personal information is shredded after use. We do not sell personal information. We promise to keep your name and details private and to use them only in accordance with providing you with the best customer service we can offer. If you purchase a mattress or other bedding materials through us, we may need to pass your details on to the manufacturer so that the product can be sent direct, however respect for your privacy will be upheld at all times. We may send you occasional emails with product information or industry updates, but you do have the option to discontinue these at any time.

Pricing

Underwear is a basic garment and we have endeavoured to keep our prices affordable, even though the organic fabric we use is several times more expensive than conventionally grown Australian cotton.

We are also mindful of the fact that many of our customers who need our product for health reasons, might be financially disadvantaged. Anyone in that position is invited to request a discount in writing, either by mail or email. Each case will be considered on its merits.

Returns Policy

Blessed Earth offers a money-back guarantee on all products.If, for any reason, you are not completely satisfied with your new purchase, you can simply return the item/s and we will issue a refund (conditions apply). 

Refund Conditions - 

  • Refunds will be made in the same currency/method in which the purchase was made.
  • Refunds do not include postage (unless the item was faulty or we made a mistake).
  • All returns must be in original 'as new' condition. Blessed Earth cannot accept returns which have been used, worn, washed or are stained unless the item is faulty.
  • Returns must be made within 30 days of purchase.

Free Exchange Service - Australia

Garments purchased within Australia can be exchanged using our postage-free Reply-Paid service.This means you only need to pay postage once, on the original purchase. Please Note: Blessed Earth's exchange policy does not include briefs. When trying on garments, please make sure you are not wearing any scent from soap, deodorant or perfume.Blessed Earth cannot exchange items which have been washed or worn. Please call us on 1300 135 589 (cost of a local call) or email us before returning any garments.

Exchange Service - International

Overseas customers who wish to exchange garments must pay the postage for the items to be returned to Australia.Blessed Earth will then pay for the exchanged garments to be shipped back to you. This means that you do not have to pay us any additional postage fees.


Packaging

All underwear is packed into cellophane bags which protect them from moisture and dust. We also use cellophane packaging for most of our other products. Cellophane is a natural polymer made from cellulose, a component of trees and plants. Natural cellophane can be composted. Occasionally you may receive a garment which is packaged in plastic - this will usually be an item which was already packaged in plastic by the manufacturer and was distributed to us that way. Some of the plastic bags used are made from water soluble plastic or are recycled. Blessed Earth is trying to completely eliminate the use of plastic for packaging and will increasingly seek to pursuade manufacturers to use alternative, more environmentally-friendly methods of packaging. We currently use an assortment of mediums for postage of items, these include Australia Post bags and boxes and recycled cardboard boxes. We are always on the lookout for more environmentally-responsible ways to post and package your order. We use recycled paper in our office for printing order forms, invoices, etc. Our catalogues, envelopes and business cards are made from 100% recycled paper.
