How will my goods be packaged?

Our policy is to use environmentally sustainable materials wherever possible. That means preferring cellophane over plastic; recycled boxes over new ones, etc. However our primary objective is to get your goods to you in perfect condition and that may sometimes require compromises.

How will my goods be sent?

We use Australia Post for all our shipping unless otherwise specified by you. Orders are generally posted within 1-2 working days. International orders are sent via Airmail and take approximately 7-10 days for delivery.

How much is postage?

Australia - We charge a flat rate of $5 for orders of any size within Australia.

International - flat rate of $15 regardless of weight or destination.

Please Note: Mattress and bed base freight is additional. Even though they may be ordered direct from the website for just $5 delivery, in most cases, depending on the value of the order, we will need to contact you to ask you to cover delivery costs.

How do I pay?

Payment can be made online via our secure website (SSL encryption). Cards accepted are Visa, Mastercard or American Express. Other payment methods are PayPal, Direct Deposit (details will be supplied upon confirmation of order) or email us/post us your order along with a cheque or money order.

Is this website secure?

Yes, we use SSL (Secure Socket Layer) encryption technology, which ensures that none of the information on your order can be read while it is in transit. All credit cards are processed in real time through a secure Australian Payment Gateway.

Do you send products worldwide?

Yes, we do accept international orders. Please note however, that payment for international orders can only be made via Visa, Mastercard, American Express or PayPal. We may also need to contact you for verification of credit card details. An international currency converter is provided at the checkout for your convenience.

What is your Returns Policy?

Free Exchange Service: Garments purchased within Australia can often be exchanged using our postage-free Reply-Paid service. This means you only need to pay postage once, on the original purchase. The reply-paid service is available if the goods are faulty or do not match the description given. If you are eligible, we will request that you return the goods packed flat so as to qualify as a large letter if possible. Please Note: Blessed Earth's exchange policy does not include briefs. When trying on garments, please make sure you are not wearing any scent from soap or perfume. Blessed Earth cannot exchange items which have been washed or worn. Used bedding items cannot be exchanged under any circumstances. Please call or email us before returning any items.
Returns Policy: Blessed Earth offers a money-back guarantee on all products. If you are not completely satisfied with your new purchase, you can simply return the item/s and we will issue a refund ( subject to the conditions outlined above and below).
Refund Conditions:
*** Refunds will be made in the same currency/method in which the purchase was made.
*** Refunds do not include postage (unless the item was faulty or we made a mistake).
*** Returns must be made within 30 days of purchase.
*** All returns must be in original 'as new' condition with tags attached where applicable.
*** Blessed Earth cannot accept returns which have been worn or washed, or are stained or odorous, unless the item is faulty.

What is your Privacy Policy?

At Blessed Earth, we take the confidentiality of your personal information very seriously. Any information you provide will be held with the utmost care and security. We do not keep credit card numbers on file and personal information is shredded after use. We do not sell personal information. We promise to keep your name and details private and to use them only in accordance with providing you with the best customer service we can offer. If you purchase a mattress or other bedding materials through us, we may need to pass your details on to the manufacturer so that the product can be sent direct, however respect for your privacy will be upheld at all times.

Are your products certified organic?

The goal of Blessed Earth is to have all of it's products fully certified organic. This means that not only the raw materials, but all processes involved in the manufacture and distribution of the product have been inspected so that there is no possibility of contamination, however subtle, from any source. While this is not currently achievable on all the products we sell, for a variety of reasons, it is something we aspire towards.

Are your products Fairtrade?

Yes, we only offer products which have been made in a fair manner, which means that the workers are paid decent wages and have safe, hygienic working conditions. Not all of our products have Fair-trade accreditation such as the products which we manufacture ourselves in Australia for instance. However, our Australian production facilities have been inspected by Demeter, the Biodynamic certification body and we are closely involved with all manufacturing activities. All products manufactured in Egypt have Fairtrade certification.

Help-line for disadvantaged people

Many of our customers are unwell and unable to work, unable to purchase the very products that can help them the most. This applies especially to our mattresses and bedding products, but also to basics like underwear, bras and socks.

Do you wholesale your products?

Yes we do. Please send a request for an application form to info@blessedearth.com.au

After reviewing the information you provide, we'll send you an email either confirming your acceptance, or explaining why we can't accept your application. One possible reason for refusal is if we already have an account in your area.
